BY MAKING ANY SUBMISSIONS (DEFINED AS ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE OR SUBMITTING ANY REQUESTS OR INFORMATION TO GREENWAVE, BUT NOT INCLUDING ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED THROUGH ANY GREENWAVE SERVICES), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF SUCH ACCESS OR SUBMISSIONS IS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY (“YOU”) THE INDIVIDUAL ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT DOES SO ON BEHALF OF SUCH ENTITY AND REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THEY HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement may be translated into other languages for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the translated version and the English language version, the English language version shall exclusively govern and control.

GreenWave and You shall comply with all laws, regulations and other legal requirements that apply to the performance of obligations under this Agreement.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement; Waiver; Assignment

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and GreenWave regarding the Website and supersede all prior understandings on that subject. GreenWave’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without GreenWave’s prior written consent; GreenWave may assign freely.
